Minister Rickey Johnson
Founder & Board Chair
Minister Rickey Johnson serves as the Founder & Board Chair of The Rickey & Saundra Johnson Family Charitable Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit committed to advancing opportunities, promoting equity, and helping every individual reach their fullest potential. In this role, he supports organizational governance, strategic planning, responsible stewardship, and the advancement of the Foundation’s charitable purpose. Rickey brings professional experience in computer hardware, software, and network engineering, providing valuable insight and leadership for the Foundation’s programs and initiatives. He is dedicated to advancing digital literacy, computer repair, and cyber and network security training to create more and better-paying jobs for the community. As a member of the Executive Board, Rickey works collaboratively with board officers, staff, volunteers, and community partners to support effective decision-making, organizational accountability, and the continued fulfillment of the Foundation’s mission. His areas of service include computer technician and business owner, network engineer, and associate minister, leading and empowering others through shared resources to advance opportunities and promote equity.
Saundra T. Johnson
Co-Founder | Vice Chair | Co-Executive Board Member
Saundra T. Johnson is Co-Founder, Vice Chair, and Co-Executive Board Member of The R&S Johnson Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to advancing opportunities, promoting equity, and supporting individuals in achieving their fullest potential. She brings 18 years of experience in the financial sector, with a Bachelor of Business Administration and strong analytical, organizational, and leadership expertise. Saundra supports the Foundation’s strategic direction, governance, and mission-driven initiatives, working to advance programs that empower individuals and communities. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with family and creating meaningful memories.
Quaundra Taylor
Treasurer
Quaundra Taylor is a multidisciplinary professional whose experience in accounting, administration, and business operations strengthens the Foundation’s commitment to building stronger, more resilient communities. She brings a detail-oriented approach to financial stewardship and a systems-focused mindset that helps improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support sustainable growth. Currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering at Southern New Hampshire University, Quaundra is passionate about leveraging technology to improve community programs, expand access to resources, and support long-term development. Her service is guided by faith, a heart for people, and a desire to help others grow and thrive. As a Board Member, her goal is to create meaningful, lasting impact through innovation, accountability, and community-centered service.
Anno-Domini Johnson
Secretary
Anno-Domini Johnson is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Human Resource Management. She brings five years of logistics management experience and three years of restaurant management experience, with a strong background in leadership, operations, customer service, and team support. She is passionate about helping others, building positive working relationships, and continuously expanding her knowledge and skills, and she is always willing to lend a helping hand, take on new challenges, and continue learning and growing both personally and professionally.

Patterson is an accomplished healthcare executive and strategic operations leader with more than 20 years of experience driving excellence in value-based care, population health management, healthcare quality improvement, and provider engagement across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial healthcare programs. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with executive leadership teams, healthcare providers, and organizational stakeholders to improve operational performance, enhance patient outcomes, and advance innovative healthcare solutions. Recognized for her collaborative leadership style and results-driven approach, Alysia specializes in developing and implementing strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness while promoting patient-centered care. Her expertise includes healthcare operations, clinical transformation, quality improvement initiatives, performance management, workforce development, and the utilization of data-driven insights to support informed decision-making and sustainable growth. Throughout her professional journey, she has successfully led complex initiatives designed to improve healthcare delivery, optimize provider performance, and align strategic objectives with measurable outcomes. Her ability to build strong partnerships, coach high-performing teams, and navigate organizational change has established her as a trusted leader committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
